Hold it all together when it appears to be falling apart?

The bible says that if you obey the Lord's commands, you will dwell safely in the land he is giving you to possess.

But we live in America you might be thinking to yourself. So what does this passage mean? 

It means that if you are faithful to him, he will be your God.
